Apr 20, 2017  Stereo 3-D functionality can be enabled only on Microsoft DirectX 10-capable hardware and higher. However, since Microsoft Direct3D 11 APIs work on DirectX 9.x and 10.x hardware, all WDDM 1.2 drivers must support Direct3D 11 and be tested thoroughly to ensure that Direct3D 11APIs work on all Windows 8 hardware. Why do I see the Enable Stereoscopic 3D checkbox in the Microsoft Control Panel if I do not have a full 3D Vision setup? You may have a 3D Vision ready device, such as a 3D Vision Ready monitor, but do not have a 3D Vision USB emitter.

Posted by Quad690: “Cannot Enable 3D vision in Windows 10 (355.82)” Argh I'm still waiting for the rog swift one to be fixed where only one card works using 3d. Crying out for help here, pulling my hair out (what little is left) trying to get the 'enable stereoscopic 3d' function in the nvidia control panel to work. Since the recent windows 10 update completely broke that function. The problem is that selecting the checkbox takes me through the setup menus till i get to the cover each eye screen. You can fix stereo mix problems by downloading a codec. Link to the RealkTek Codec https://ww.

Hi Arvind,

I Can't seem to find any of the options you suggested on Windows 10.

When i right click on the desktop this is displayed:

Then if i choose Display Settings, This is displayed:

If I click on Advanced display settings there are no options there either.

Could you tell me where these options are and possibly put up a screenshot as well?

Kind Regards,

Steve

I did the same thing. It is in your NVIDA (or other display driver) settings.

I went there and reset the display drivers to normal. It does work well with FSX?
